Ever wanted
a gourmet burger but don’t want to go out to eat one? Well it’s not too
difficult to make, give it a try! You can start by preheating an outdoor grill on
medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Then, mix in the ground chicken, add
1/3 cup cilantro, Cheddar cheese, garlic, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, cumin,
paprika, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; and now shape them into 4
patties.
Once
that is done, cook the patties on grill until the bottom has turned brown. Let them
sit for about 3 to 4 minutes, then flip the burgers and top them with a slice
of Cheddar cheese or any cheese of your choosing. Continue cooking until no
longer pink in the center, 1 to 2 minutes more. Once you think that they are
ready, put the burgers onto a plate to rest until the juices are reabsorbed
into the meat, so for about 3 minutes. Now you are almost done, put burgers
onto split buns and top with guacamole and cilantro for a real punch of flavor!
Now you are done and ready to enjoy your meal!
