So proms coming up soon so
everyone is trying to eat healthy to look good and fit into their dresses! So
here is something just as yummy as it is healthy! How about a Chicken Caesar
Salad? All you need is, 1 teaspoon canola oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, Freshly ground
pepper, to taste, 8 cups washed, dried and torn romaine lettuce, 1 cup fat-free
croutons, 1/2 cup Caesar Salad Dressing, 1/2 cup Parmesan curls, and Lemon
wedges.
It’s also as easy as it is
healthy and yummy! So all you need to do is prepare a grill or preheat broiler, then
rub the chicken with oil and season it with salt and/or pepper. Then you can
either grill or broil the chicken until its ready and browned and has no trace
of pink in the center, let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Then just
combine the lettuce and croutons in a large bowl, toss in with Caesar Salad
Dressing and put it in a bowl and cut up some chicken into 1/2-inch slices and sprinkle
it over the salad finally, top with Parmesan curls. once its all ready, serve it immediately, with
lemon wedges for extra yummy flavor! Enjoy and
look great at Prom!
